The Family Bread Box is six loaves of our slow-fermented gluten-free sourdough, baked fresh and sent in a single box. It is the most bread we ship at once, and it is the best value we offer, because six loaves ship free.

Every loaf is built on a live brown rice sourdough starter and given a full overnight fermentation. Freshly milled whole grains, organic ingredients, no gums, no stabilizers, nothing that does not belong there. The same bread we are known for, in the quantity that keeps a household in real sourdough for weeks.

Certified organic ingredients. Gluten-free. Vegan. Free from all nine major allergens. Low FODMAP.

The extended wild fermentation process breaks down fermentable carbohydrates that trouble many people with IBS and digestive sensitivities, making this one of the few commercially available breads compatible with a low FODMAP diet.

Keeping your bread

Enjoy within a few days of arrival, or slice and freeze and toast straight from frozen. Gluten-free sourdough freezes beautifully, and a six-loaf box is built for it.
