Returns and Refunds

Leaven & Love sells perishable food products. We do not accept returns on any bread, bagels, starter, or other food items. This is standard practice for food businesses and ensures the safety of every customer.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in a condition that does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it at bread@leavenandloveorganic.com with a description of the issue and a photo if possible. We will make it right.

Refunds are issued at our discretion based on the nature of the issue. If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
