Three loaves of our Classic Sourdough, baked to the same slow-fermented standard as always and ready to slice, freeze, and reach for throughout the weeks ahead.
The Classic is built on a live brown rice sourdough starter, whole grains milled fresh before they go into the dough, and an overnight fermentation that does the work most bread skips. No gums, no flour blends, no shortcuts. The result is a loaf with real flavor, an open crumb, and a crust that behaves like bread is supposed to behave.
Three loaves fill a medium flat rate box and ship free. Slice them the day they arrive, freeze what you will not eat in the next few days, and toast straight from frozen. That is the habit that means you never run out.

I’ve been gluten free for 15 years. Gluten free bread is classically not like bread at all. You buy it and keep your expectations low. This bread is NOT that. It takes like real sourdough. It holds like bread and tastes amazing! I was so impressed by the texture! My family devoured 3 loaves in a week. Thank you for making such an amazing delicious healthy gluten free bread!
My family and I are so grateful to find not only a gluten-free bread but organic as well. It’s almost impossible to find anything that’s gluten-free and organic anywhere. So grateful we have a local baker making it this way.
Took a week to receive it, because shipping to Alaska is slow, but when I received it had a slice and it tasted yummy.
So I sliced it up and froze it and take it out of the freezer daily and toast and it tastes great!

Just bought 2 loaves of the Classic. This is the first time trying your bread. The flavor is awesome, but I find it a little dry and the reason for the 4 stars. The only way I could eat it was warmed up. Please add more liquid to the recipe. Even though a little dry, I will keep ordering.
