Our Rosemary & Olive Oil Sourdough takes the slow-fermented foundation of our Classic loaf and builds on it with fresh rosemary and a generous pour of extra virgin olive oil. The result is a savory, aromatic loaf with a richness that pairs beautifully with everything from a simple dinner to a thoughtfully assembled cheese board.
Like all of our bread, it contains no xanthan gum, no binding agents, and no shortcuts. Just organic whole grains, long fermentation, and ingredients worth tasting.
Baked in a dedicated gluten-free facility.
Storage
Best enjoyed within three to four days of arrival. Slice and freeze for lasting convenience and toast directly from frozen whenever you want a perfectly fresh slice.
