Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Because we bake in small batches, some orders may require additional time. If there is a delay beyond the standard window, we will contact you directly at the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat rate shipping on all orders regardless of quantity.

Oregon: $8.00 flat rate. Free shipping on orders over $50.

All other states: $12.00 flat rate.

How We Ship

Your bread ships frozen and will arrive thawed and ready to eat. We ship via FedEx, USPS, or UPS depending on your location and order size. Large orders may ship in multiple boxes. Because bread is shelf stable once baked, no ice packs or insulated packaging are required. Thawing in transit does not affect the quality or safety of the bread.

Storage Upon Arrival

Enjoy within 5 to 7 days for peak freshness. Store in an airtight container at room temperature. Slice and freeze for up to 6 months. Best toasted.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all states except Oregon, which is handled under a separate shipping rate at checkout. We do not currently ship internationally.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bread@leavenandloveorganic.com with a description of the issue and a photo if possible. We will make it right.

Local Pickup

Pre-orders are available for local pickup at the downtown Bend Farmers Market every Wednesday from 11am to 3pm. Select local pickup at checkout. No shipping charges apply.
