Leaven & Love is a small organic bakehouse in Central Oregon. Every loaf starts with whole grains milled fresh before they go into the dough, a live brown rice sourdough starter that has been maintained for years, and an overnight fermentation that does the work most bread skips entirely. No gums, no stabilizers, no flour blends sitting in a bag since last quarter.
Gluten-free bread has a reputation for being a compromise. We have spent years proving that it does not have to be. The Classic loaf is wild-fermented, made from organic ingredients you can actually name, and built to taste like something worth looking forward to whether you eat it fresh, toasted, or pulled from your freezer six months from now.
